About the role

Touring Cars is one of Europe's largest providers of motorhome rentals.

In preparation for the upcoming peak season, we are looking for Rental Agents to join our team in Arlandastad. You will be the face of the company, welcoming customers from around the world and ensuring smooth pickups and returns of our motorhomes.

The position is varied and practical, combining customer service, administration, and vehicle work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of motorhomes
• Customer briefings and vehicle handovers
• Handling bookings, contracts, and payments
• Inspecting vehicles upon return and reporting damages
• Answering customer inquiries (on-site, via phone, and email)
• Supporting daily operations at the rental station as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Enjoys working with customers and providing good service
• Is organized, reliable, and comfortable taking responsibility
• Speaks good English (the working language is English)
• Knowledge of Swedish and/or German is a strong advantage
• Has a valid driver's license (manual transmission is a plus)
• Can work evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Has full availability during the peak summer season (at least June–August)
• Can travel as needed (e.g., vehicle relocations)
• Is not afraid to work practically and help where needed
• Thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal work environment

135 SEK per hour
